AOM supports traditional cutter pulling competition of local maritime university

The yearly cutter pulling event “Kutterpullen” is a rowing competition with a long tradition at the maritime university location in Rostock-Warnemünde.

There is a longstanding connection between the Department of Maritime Studies of Wismar University in Rostock-Warnemünde and Aquametro Oil & Marine. On the one hand, there is the local proximity, as we are direct neighbors in Rostock-Warnemünde. On the other hand, there is also the fact that some of the university's graduates and students are working at Aquametro Oil & Marine. And so we gladly supported this year’s “Kutterpullen” event.

Organizers of the event are the Students club „Sumpf e.V.“ as well as the Students' Representative Council of the Department of Maritime Studies of Wismar University in Rostock-Warnemünde. We are looking forward to next year’s race!
