Crystal Offshore equips another ship with RMS Smart Fuel Monitoring
Our successful partnership with Crystal Offshore continued on August 26, 2025, with the commissioning of Aquametro's Fuel Monitoring System on board the tugboat Crystal Arion. The Fuel Monitoring System had already been successfully installed on the sister ship Crystal Veda on August 4 of this year and has been providing reliable data ever since. We are very happy about Crystal Offshore's high satisfaction. Two more vessels to be equipped with the Aquametro Fuel Monitoring System are already being processed by our team in Singapore.
The Crystal Arion is now also well prepared for its operation in Labuan. The tugboat is equipped with flow meters for both main engines, integrated with each engine's RPM data. The monitored fuel consumption, measurements, and events are transmitted to shore, where charterers and ship owners can access the data (FMCC) via a web portal and mobile application to analyze engine performance.
